About me

I talk of love.

My photographs are a symbol of my love for life and for everything in between.

A proud Filipina from a tiny fishing village, today a creative director, photographer and videographer in Vienna.

The view from above

I grew up in Pio V. Corpus in the Philippines, and that village is my pride. Until I was 14, my biggest dream was to sit on a plane and see the view from above. At 14, I finally sat on that plane. My mother had worked so hard to bring my siblings and me to Vienna: a one-in-a-million chance to leave a poor country, and my only opportunity to dream and be creative.

02

How it started

I never finished school. Instead, I spent ten years looking after guests, working my way up from waitress to service manager and into high-end hospitality at one of Vienna’s renowned places. In 2017 I started photographing. In 2018 I quit my job, went full-time and gave it everything. My plan B: if it failed, I’d go back to hospitality. I liked that work too, and originally I wanted to open my own bistro. When I chose art, only my grandma truly believed in me. Today the whole family follows my work. Grandma, you were right.

Eight years and counting

I have been building my career full-time for eight years now, counting every opportunity as a sign. Each one takes me back to watching the sunset and knowing I was meant for more: to create, to inspire, to be of service, to be with people. I run my agency, Wynn Creatives, and make my own art: the series In-Between, #bleibtszhaus and #wirhaltenzam, plus limited fine-art prints.

What I live for

I love to read, to manifest, to love, to share and to host. I practise the art of noticing, down to the smallest detail, and bring energy to every room, because I believe in life as it is. Seeing it from a different perspective, taking on challenges and change, creating something new: that brings me so much joy. I am a mama of two. Our patchwork family is the best thing that ever happened to me, and my steps are meant for my kids’ generation, to inspire and to give.

Join me

I want to share that joy with the people I meet, and with anyone who wants to be on this journey with me. I used to serve at other people’s tables. Now I co-host one of my own: Séparée, gatherings and dinners for creative minds, founders and interesting people. Write to me for a project together, a print for your wall or a seat at the next dinner.

Acht Jahre, Tendenz steigend
